NULL status for RB397511229CN
Hello. Now my package with track number RB397511229CN is since 16/04 in NULL status in Lisbon. Can you tell me if there's a problem? When will it be sent from Lisbon to the final destination (other city in Portugal, that's close)? Would it be more easy if I pick it in Lisbon?
