About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I have a Chinese sim card from a previous trip to China, that I need to refill with minutes. Is it available at 6 or 7 am in T3, PEK? Any other terminal?

It is me, Rushan again. As for your case, I suggest you buy a mobile rechargeable card to refill your sim card. You can get the card at the post office as well.
Terminal 2: Opposite to Gate No.2 of the Departure Hall
Terminal 3: East of the hall on the F1.
