denial of entry,what do i do next

Question

I got a student X last year to study in Shenyang,china but was denied entry into china by the immigration officers at Beijing because they were not sure if I was the owner of the passport because I noticed that the officers kept looking at my face and the data page of my passport. After a long debate amongst them,i was escorted to the plane by two officers and my passport was stamped and give to an airhostess. When i inquired from one of the officer what was wrong,all he said was my passport  when i asked what was wrong with my passport,he tried to explain in English but could not so i was flown back to Nigeria then upon arrival,the immigration officers asked me why i was sent back and i explained to them and it was documented and my passport was given back to me. Pls what can i do to enable me secure another visa so i can go and begin my study. Pls i need your advice.

Is that because you change a lot and look different from the photo of your passport? if so, I am afraid you may need to get a new passport first.

Yes I have gotten a new passport because I lost the other one when I was traveling back and forth between Lagos and Abuja to see if my luggage had arrived because my luggage arrived a week after I came back. The new passport still bears the same details as the old one except for that it has my recent photograph . I then requested for another invitation letter bearing the new passport number  and I re-applied but I wasn't given one then I contacted an immigration lawyer to help me appeal but the embassy has not replied all her mails. Pls what do I do

If the application was refused again, I am afraid no one here would help as the consular officers at the embassy have the final say to your application.

Kk, thanks a lot but I want to know if I eventually get another one to fly back,I hope the fact that I have been denied entry before would not affect my entry again.
