Denial of entry,what do i do next

I got a student X last year to study in Shenyang,china but was denied entry into china by the immigration officers at Beijing because they were not sure if I was the owner of the passport because I noticed that the officers kept looking at my face and the data page of my passport. After a long debate amongst them,i was escorted to the plane by two officers and my passport was stamped and give to an airhostess. When i inquired from one of the officer what was wrong,all he said was "my passport " when i asked what was wrong with my passport,he tried to explain in English but could not so i was flown back to Nigeria then upon arrival,the immigration officers asked me why i was sent back and i explained to them and it was documented and my passport was given back to me. Pls what can i do to enable me secure another visa so i can go and begin my study. Pls i need your advice.
