Does a Japanese Official Passport Holder need a visa to Hong Kong?

Hello, I am a Japanese Official Passport Holder in Sudan. I would like to visit Hong Kong to see my sister who is living there. I would like to visit Hong Kong for 6 days only. Thank you

Visa is not required. If you will stay in her place, invitation letter from her and copies of her status in HK should be provided. Otherwise, you may need to show hotel bookings and ticket for leaving.
