About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

How do we submit application from Maui, HAWAII?

If we don't have anyone to personally submit it in L.A?

The consulate does not accept mailed applications. If you know anyone or travel agency in L.A, you can send your application to them and ask them to apply on your behalf.
