About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

hi,im maui from philppine.im overstaying for 10 months.is there have possibility to get detaintion?

im planning to go back to philippine after 2months but the problem is i dont have my passport and it should already expired last month.please i need your advise thanks!

You need to renew your passport first from your embassy in China asap. Overstaying in China for 10 months, possibly, you will be detained for 15 days and they will gave you an extension of visa that requires you to leave china within 10 days after paid penalties (RNB 5000 or more). Also, you need pay for an air ticket to philippines.

Hello. Sorry If may I asked. I'd lost my phililpines passport last month and I'm in Hebie now, Is it ok to get a affidavit of loss here with Hebei's addres as requirements to get a new passport in beijing or the affidavit of loss address should be in beijing?
