Traveling to Beijing then Hong Kong.

Hi!
I'm a Philippine passport holder, planning a 3 day trip to Beijing then Hong Kong. From Hong Kong will travel back to Philippines.
Will I be able to avail the 72 hour visa free entry?

I'm afraid you are not qualifies for the 72h free-visa entry. You have to apply for a visa in advance for Beijing travel.
