About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

would ten days be enough time to get the visa?

I'm a UK citizen living in Korea, I can't get my chinese visa in korea (stupid reasons!) so was planning on getting it when i'm in tokyo for ten days before my flight to china. and what would i need to get it? cause in korea you need a citizen card with 6 months on, is there anything silly like that i'd need to get it in japan? thanks in advance!

If you apply for a L type one. You need to provide the required docuements and the entry record when you entered Japan. Ten days is enough if any emergency doesn't happen. If you are still worried, you may choose express service (getting on the second working day) or rush service (getting in the afternoon if you submit in the morning).
