What documents are required for a common-law spouse of a Canadian approved for a Chinese work visa?

What documents are necessary for someone on a kinship visa? A person who is living common-law with a Canadian teacher who will travel and work in China on a Z for 2 years?

Hi, you can apply for a dependent Z with invitation letter from your spouse's company, and copies of Z and residence permit. Marriage certificate is required too.
