wld like to do a tour of shanghai from airport

we arrive in Pvg at 0640 am 24 July and leave again at 2215 for Auckland we would like to do a tour of SHduring this time. do we have to take public transport to downtown SH or do tours leave from the airport

As for your case, I suggest you have a triip by your own. It is not necessary to join a tour. The transportation and signs for attractions are very clear in the city. You can make it yourself. The local subway line 2, Maglev and the shuttle buses can take you from PVG to the downtown conveniently. Take easy!
