About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

48 HOUR TRANSIT

I'm Norwegian passport holder. I have 52 hours between the flights in Shanghai... Do I qualify for 48 Hour free transit? How the 48 hour transit is calculated?

Hi, you need to apply for a tranist G visa in advance for this trip. 48 hour exemption was no longer valid.

you DON'T need to apply for a VISA in advance, because between 2 flights is 52 hours, and you can stay for 72 hours.
