About:Year of the Horse

I am a water horse and my cuz is a rooster, is it right that they say a rooster is honest when it's really not??

[p.s] the country says Thailand, but i am really in ohio, because my family moved from Thailand to ohio.

The Chinese astrology does not tell that the people in rooster have that kind of characterstics.
