extend residence permit

hi,,
i already have residence permit, and it expired on july 2013, i want to continued stay in China for study more than 3 year for going university .. what should i do, for extend my residence permit?

You should extend it at the local Entry and Exit Bureau. You need to provide:
1. a filled Visa or Resident Permit Form with a recent passport size photo
2. original and copy accommodation register certificate
3. an official letter from your college
4. your passport and current resident permit
