About:China Travel Tips

What does collection mean for China post? I'm unsure, is the package on its way?

This is the tracking number, I can't seem to find whether it is on the way or at China post.
RB289146013CN

Could I have some help please?

Yes, it is on the way to the destination. The latest info was updated on April 1 and it showed that your package was in SHanghai then.

Yes, I got my package, it arrived a couple of days after I posted this. I unsure on what Collection means...It may arrive to you in a couple of days.

hi, I am also confused about all the writings from the track and trace page of china post.
I have no idea where my package is and I hope that there are someone who can help me.

can anyone tell me what that means?

It means that your package was under the check of Frankfurt customs by May 18.
