What is the best way to get from T3 to T2 in Beijing Capital Airport? I have an hour and 15 min, do I make in time?

Don't worry! There are Free Terminal Shuttle Buses, which can take you to travel between terminals. As I know, to travel from T3 to T2, it only takes about 15min. So your time is enough for sure.
