Can I get permanent resident in China

Hi this is ricky i live in guangzhou from last 10 years
I have my own company in hongkong and in guangzhou have representative office of hongkong based company from last 5 years. And i have residence visa from guangzhou, is it possible i can get permanent residence in guangzhou
