Help with two questions on visa form please

Hello, can someone please help me with this please:

1) Have you ever visited there before if yes please specify date, places & purpose of your recent visit

I have been to China three times but the last time was 2010/2011, do I list all three or only the last visit?. The word RECENT has thrown me a bit.

2) Who will pay for your cost of travelling and living during your stay

I will be staying with my son and daughter-in-law (who is Chinese) but I will also be paying for things myself to treat them etc. Do I put they will be funding me OR can I put the invitor and myself?

Any assistance would be most appreciated, I just want to complete the form correctly

For question No.1, you can just put information of your last visit. For the No.2, you need to choose "Yourself". BTW, I am not sure if you have invitation letter from your son? or your daughter-in-law? if not, you may need to show hotel bookings.
