I am an United States man like to marry a chinese lady.But I do not like to fly.Can she get a visa to come to me to get marry or can we get marry on web cam?

Yes, she can apply for a visa to the USA and get married with you. But it's easier for you to visit China and get married there. It's more difficult for her to get a US visa compared with you.
