From the airport, you can take the bus 330 to reach Zhuzilin and then walk to Fuyong Bus Station where you can find bus 654. The bus starts from Fuyong Bus Station and you can take this bus to reach Guanlan Bus Station. Get off the bus and then take a taxi to reach your hotel. From Guanlan Bus Station, the taxi may driver around 15 to 20minutes to reach your hotel.
