will mid september be a good time to visit hangzhou n shanghai?

We are joining a tour on 18 Sept to Hang zhou, Shanghai and Wuxi. But I saw that it is a rainy season. Is it advisible to visit during this time??

It is generally OK to visit those cities during that time. It is still hot but endurable. It may rain much but not every day. You need to prepare an umbrella or raincoat and better pay attention to the weather forecast when travelling there.

May I know will be it a heavy rain or light raining... since it is a lil hot then it will be great as my travel partner cant stand with cold :)

If there would be raing, it may rain a little or drizzle. Dopn't worry!Well, the temperature range shall be 18C to 28C, so it is warm or hot enough!
