Will you leave from HK? Well, here is my suggestion:
May 4: As you plan to visit in the evening, it is suggested to wander around in the nearby shopping malls or markets.
May 5: Today, you can go to Lantau Island first, where you shall visit the Ngong Ping 360 and the Giant Buddha. After that, you can go to the Disneyland, which should be very attractive for family visit.
May 6: Ocean Park is suggested in the first place. After visiting the park, you can go to the peak, where the Madame Tussauds and the peak Tower are the must-see scenic spot.
May 7: Wong Tai Sin Temple can be visited in the morning. After that, you can go to Tsim Sha Tsui area, where the China Harbor Shopping Malls and Avenue of Stars can be good destinations. After that, at night, you can enjoy the Symphony of Lights near the Victoria Bay.
May 8: Your one-day Macau trip can be arranged on this day. The attractions that cannot be missed are Fisherman Wharf, Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, Monte Fort, Macau Tower, A-Ma Temple and Venetian Resort. You can go back to HK in the evening.
May 9: Well, if you are living Tsim Sha Tsui or Mong Kok, the nearby shopping areas are highly suggested today, including the famous Ladies' Street. If you live near Causeway Bay, the Times Square is suggested. Besides, you can also find all kinds of restaurants and local snacks nearby. And near Kowloon Station, the Sky 100 should not be missed. In the evening, I recommend you go to Temple Street Night Market.
May 10: I think you can have a good sleep and plan to go back.
Hope my suggestion is not late.
