About:Embassy & Consulates of Vietnam in China

Need visa to cross border line?

Hi Im a spanish citizen currently living in Shanghai with a F visa. I want to cross the land border from Nanning, and I wonder if I Need to take a visa for Vietnam if I only going to spend no more than 6 days traveling around before crossing back the lan border again to China.

If you plan to arrive by land, you need to apply for a visa beforehand from Vietnam embassy or consulate in China, visa on arrival will not work for land entry.
