About:China Visa on Arrival

To attend a funeral in xiamen

I am filipino chinese, I need to urgently attend a funeral of chinese relative in xiamen can i get visa upon arrival at the airport? What are the requirements and how much is the fee?
It is holiday here in the phils from march 28 to 31. My relative in xiamen died today i cannot get visa here because of long holiday.

1. Visa Application Form;
2. A recently-taken half-length, bare-headed, full-faced, two-inch photo with pale blue background;
3. Valid ordinary passport;
4. Papers supporting visa application for entry into China, e,g the documents concerning emergency.
Sorry, I have no idea how much it costs.
