Guangzhou City tours

Can someone please tell a good city tour up to 8 hours duration, and cost if known/ Also a good company to buy from/ Thank you.

For 8 hours, you can go to Yuexiu Park, Ancestral Temple of the Chen Family and then go to see the Pearl River.
It is not suggested to book a tour in such a short time. The transportation in the city is convenient and easy to take for foreigners.

Thank you Jonny for replying. There are few tours ranging US$80 to 110. I was hoping someone who has done one of these tours could recommend it. WE are there for 2.5 days,
but want to do some shopping for ladies wear, and that is why I allowed the 1 day.
Are recommendation for handbags, and shoes?

Well, for shoes, wears and handbags, I suggest you go and find at Beijing Road or Shangxiajiulu Pedestrian.

For buying things, I think you need to find a guide because you need to know how to bargain. In Canton, bargaining though not as notorious as in Shenzhen, still you will be short-changed. It's good to observe first before buying. For bags, usually a friend recommends at Sanyuanli, watch, dress and shoes at Baima market which is within a walking distance from the Railway Station.
