About:Chinese Embassy in Costa Rica

British passport holder applying for Chinese visa

Hi, I am a British citizen with an tourist visa here -- Can I apply for tourist L here? Thank you

It's hard to tell. Usually the third country passport holders need to provide valid residence permit. So I am not sure if you can get it. Better contact the embassy for details.
