guangzhou to hongkongback to gz

Question

Hi! We are four arriving 10pm at Baiyun Airport. Will stay for 5 days and Itinerary includes, visit to Baiyun Motorcycle parts market and other wholesale markets, sight seeing and then head to Hongkong for Disneyland probably stay there for a night or two. Have to return to GZ on the fifth day for our flight back home at 930pm.  Can somebody please advise travel routes and best but affordable places to stay? First time to travel China and with 2 small kids in tow.Thank you.

For GZ:Day 1: Yuexiu Park, Provincal Museum and Ancestral Temple of Chen Family and the wholesale marketDay 2: Otherwhalemarket, Shaxiajiu Pedestrian Street to taste local snacks in the day time and the Pearl River cruise at night.Day 3: HK Disneyland, Ngong Ping 360 and the TST area for shopping.Day 4: The Ocean Park, the Peak and then go back to GZ.Day 5: Chimelong You can rearrange the route accroding to your real plans.For the hotels to live in Canton, I think you can live in Home Inn near the Gongyuanqian Station. For HK, you can live in TST area where the hotels are cheap.
