My hunsband and I we like to travel to Guangzhou and Hong Kong, end Mach/April (4 to 7 days total)

I would like to ask if we need a visa and how long does it takes to have and how many we need. My hunsband would like to go to a fair in Guangzhou (business) also we like to see Hong Kong at the same time . My husband hold and Australian Passport , and I hold Spanish Passport but I'm and a resident .Thank you very much.
