About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Can an American apply for a z-visa at a consular office in Russia, or must they apply in the U.S.?

I currently live and work in St. Petersburg, Russia, but have been offered a job in China. Is it possible for me to apply for a work visa without leaving Russia?

Generally, it is ok for you to apply in Russia if you are working there. Regular processing takes 5 working days.
Address: NO.134, NAB.KANALA GRIBOEDOVA, ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA
Anyway, you can contact the consular office directly via 007-812-7137605
