wuhan multiple entries

right now I am staying in Wuhan for 5 1/2 months. I have a tourist visa 1 year multiple entries for 90 days each duration. After 90 days, can I go to Hong Kong for a week, then come back to Wuhan? Or do I need to go farther like Vietnam?

Yes, sure. Leaving for either HK or Macao counts an exit on your visa.
