Apply for study X-Visa

I have just come to korea now three weeks ago, before coming here i applied at china university. now I got my offer letter and visa form from china university. So I would like to ask you is it possible to apply for x visa from south korea. Or i need to go to my country (Pakistan)I will get my Alien card next week. Please reply urgent. thnx
