visa for Canadian

I have a Canadian passport, a Honduran residency, live in Honduras. I will travel to Shanghai, transit to HK for 8 days, travel to Beijing for 8 days then Shanghai for 7-8 days before flying out of Shanghai back to the USA. What type do I need and where can I get it. I cannot travel to Costa Rica. Is it possible to get one while in HK?
