day trip to gongbei china

Question

i plan to visit gongbei from macau where i will be based.. how do i go there?what documents do i need to show.all reviews i read just starts and ends at the undergroud mall..  are there any more interesting sites and shopping areas to go to by myself. or is it more advisable to book for a day tour to get me around the area?  is it difficult for a first timer to go around without a guide? thanks

I do not think there many interesting places in Gongbei as well as Zhuhai. If you really want to travel, I think you can take the sightseeing bus from the port. Along the route, you can choose to go to Pearl Land Amusement Park and the Fisher Girl Statue are worth seeing.I do not think it is necessary to book a tour. It is not very difficult for you to travel alone in the city.
