Peach flowers blooms ?

i plan to visit hangzhou (west lake) 15th to 17th april.
do you think i would have a chance of seeing peach flowers (tao hua) ?

You may still see the peach flowers during that time, but not so much. The best time is from the middle of March to the early April.
