is there a Tulip garden in Shanghai? can we get to see the flowers in bloom in early April ?

I think you should go to Shanghai Flower Port (上海鲜花港). It is the paradise of Tulip in every March and April. The garden is located at 2, Donghai Farmland, Xuhui District. From downtown Shanghai, you should take the subway Line 2 and get off at Longyang Road station. Then, please transfer to the Long-Dong Special Line (龙东专线) to the garden directly.0
