About:Hong Kong Visa Application

Im a Filipino..Im planning to go to HK for two days & exit hk going to tpe?do i need a visa to tpe?

Do you mean Taipei? if yes, visa is not required for 30 days if you are permanent resident or hold valid visa of Canada, USA, Shengen States, UK, Japan, New Zealand or Australia with onward and return ticket. Otherwise, you need to get a visa in advance.
