Airport Shuttle bus, where exactly does it arrive in Yinchuan City ?

Does it arrive/leave from the Ningxia International Hotel - or something called the "Century Towers" ? I have seen both mentioned online. What is the exact address of these places ? I want to see how close it is to my hotel, thanks.
