changing employers without papers from the former employers

Question

I work for a Chinese school and I left because of unfair treatment.  I will not get any release paper or cancellation FEC paper.  How can I get a new work visa with another school?thank you.

I am afraid not, release letter stamped by your present company is required if you change employer.
