About:China Work Visa

changing employers without papers from the former employers

I work for a Chinese school and I left because of unfair treatment. I will not get any release paper or cancellation FEC paper. How can I get a new work visa with another school?

I am afraid not, release letter stamped by your present company is required if you change employer.
