About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

Tourist L Visa

I hold duel nationality, US and British. I had lived here in the US since 1988. Can I apply for Tourist L visa for 10 days on my British passport? Fee for US passport holder is $140 and for British its only $30.00. Please advice.

I am afraid not, you can only apply with your US passport if you apply Chinese visa in USA. This is China visa regulation for applicants with dual citizenship.
