About:China Consulate in Houston

I live in Puerto Rico, Do I go to Houston to apply for F visa?

Would like to know if there is a consulate here in PR to go in person for aplication. What are my legal options for me to acquire it?

There is no Chinese embassy in Puerto Rico. If you hold US passport, you need to apply from Chinese consulate in Houston. Anyway, you can contact the consulate before visit.
