About:China Consulate in Houston

I'm from Puerto Rico and traveling mid-February to China. Where and how I request the visa?

You should go to the consulate-general in Huston to apply for an L type by submiting the required documents, including your passport and a photocopy of its data page, a completed application form, a passport photo taken within six months, and roundtrip tickets and hotel reservations or an invitation letter from an entity or individual in China.
