About:Chinese Embassies in Asia

I'm holding an Indonesian passport , working in Macau. Had applied for school in Beijing.

Hi there,

I'm holding an Indonesian passport and currently working in Macau (Recently resigned, in a month notice).
Before i resign, i applied for language school in Beijing, and has received admission confirmation letter and JW202.
My question is, can i get my X visa in macau? If i can where should i go? because i couldnt find china embassy/consulate in macau, or can i come to Beijing with my existing L (6months) then get extend while waiting it to be change to X?is that possible for Indonesian passport holder. Your advise will be so helpful, thank you

The reason regarding my question is because i would prefer going directly from macau to beijing rather than going back and forth to indonesia then to beijing. thx
