Declaration letter from China relatives

I'd like to know, is it necessary to attach a declaration letter of relatives from China while submit Visa application (for speed track)? Officer asked us to submit the declaration letter, but this policy is not written in official website. What can i do next, to help Embassy of China approve the speed track Visa?

Hi, visa officers are entitled to ask for additional documents if they deem it necessary. So if you were told by them the declaration letter is required, then you should follow them.
