Dongcheng District is so big. Which exact place do you want to go?
Generally speaking, you can take the airport express line to reach Dongzhimen Subway Station which is located in Dongcheng District. Or you can take airport shuttle bus line 3 to reach local Railway Station which is in Dongcheng District.0

You can take the airport express train to Dongzhimen and transfer to subway line 2 to Yonghegong Lama Temple. Then take subway line 5 and get off at Dongsi Station. Get out from exit C and walk along Dongsi SOuth Street for about 300m, you will get there.0

I understand there is 'Dongsi' Station in subway line 6. Is it the same 'Dongsi' Station as mentioned in line 5. If it is, after the airport express train to Dongzhimen, can I take a direct line 6 for this station? Thanks0

Yes, it is the same station. But line 6 still cannot take you to travel from Dongzhimen to this station. Line 2 is necessary for transfer.0

The airport express ticket is RMB25 per person. We are a family of four, travelling with 4 big luggages and 2 hand-carried luggages. It is bit too much if we have to do transfer for twice with the subway. If we take a taxi from the airport to 161 Hotel, Lishi Hutong, Songsinandajie, Dongcheng District, Dongcheng, BJ 100010, do you know approximately how much it would be for taxi fare? We arrive around 8 pm. Perhaps one taxi cannot take us and we may need to take 2 taxis.0
