About:Zhangjiajie Travel

How to go Changsa from Zhangjiajie

Hi! We will be going Hunan for 6 days,planning to go tour in ZJJ and visit Mao Tse Dong hometown or if there is other places to visit in Hunan. what do you suggest us to just stay in ZJJ straight 6 days? Or 3 days in ZJJ and 3 days in CHangsha. From ZJJ to Changsa, what do you suggest us to take, bus or train? Thank you

You can spend one day in Changsha, three days in ZJJ and two days in Fenghuang.
In my opinion, three days are enough for a general visit to ZJJ. From there, you can take bus to reach Fenghuang ancient town easily. The timetable is 08:30, 14:30 and 15:30.
From Changsha to ZJJ, the buses are frequent from 08:00 to 19:10 and the interval is about an hour.
To go back to Changsha, you can go to the Central Bus Station to take the direct bus to go back.
