About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I fly Chicago-seoul-taipei-Chicago for business. Can I have a 72-hour visa-free transit in Beijing?

If you make Beijng as transit city, with ticket for leaving within 72 hours from Beijing capital airport, you can transit without visa in Beijing.
