About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Irish Passport Holder

My mum has an Irish passport and is an Irish national/citizen, but lives in the UK. Does she have to fill out the V.2011B form? The one that you have to fill out if you are applying for a visa in a country or territory other than the country of your nationality?

Yes, she needs to fill both A and B forms if she apply in a a third county other than Ireland.
