Can you please if there is any accommodation (ideally a hostel) in Jingzhou. If not where would be the best area to stay?

Well, yes. You can easily find a hotel or hostel or inn at the city. Don't worry!
Jingzhou Hotel at No. 32,Jingnan Road is suggested for you.

theres lots of good hotels here but not any hostels that i know of (not like regular hostels anyway). I've lived here 3 years and dont know of an actual hostel.
