My husband and I will go to Beijing for a holiday on 28 March. We were given single entry visa for this trip. We will be back in Manila after 4 days. He has unplanned business trip to PRC on 8 April. My question is, can he apply for a 2nd visa even if he has not used his 1st one (single entry) for Beijing trip?
