Should I accept a job promotion or pursue a different job role?
I was born on 1983.I joined a new company for almost a year now.My superiors are encouraging me to take a more senior role in the
department but I am interested to transfer to a different department and assume a new role which focuses
more on my personal creative growth instead of managing people.Will it also be a good time now to pursue a
relationship?
