@Chinese visa application form

I'm French living in Russian. I'm trying to fulfil the application form.
What means "Your longest intended stay among all entries of your intended visits in China" (2.4): I will go from Pekin to HK for 15 days, do I need to write 15 days or 15 days minus my stay in HK?
Then 2.5: do I need to give the adress of my hotels?
